Both the sales person and the workman were polite friendly and professional. The work was done beautifully and he cleaned up extremely well, we hardly knew there had been work done except that our shower looked like new! All for a fair price.\r more

Don from Grout Plus was very professional from our first appointment to the end. I informed him that I was very picky and my first priority was to protect my baseboards and walls. They completley covered all surfaces with plastic, paper, drop cloths, and what ever else was necessary to protect my home during the process of polishing my marble counter tops and floors. They met all my expectations and I was extremely pleased with their work. I would refer them and also use them again in the future. Thank you Service Magic for your service!\r more

I had my free standing shower cleaned and it looks fabulous. I have lived in my house for 15 years and have hard water so you can imagine the buildup. The guys worked on my shower, which I think was longer than estimated, and didn't charge me a penny more than the originally agreed upon price. They cleaned up after themselves and gave me shower maintenance tips as well. Definitely would recommend them to friends.\r more

Grout Pro was a fantastic find. Donald the owner came on a Friday night to scope out the job has we had a fairly serious leak in our showers that others had attempted to fix numerous times and failed miserably. We hired Grout Pro Thursday evening and he and his crew were here on Friday exactly on the time he had stated. The work was done swiftly, removing all old grout, silicone, etc. and replaced with new color matching grout. The installation looks fabulous and gives the shower's and brand new look and feel. There was Zero mess and his technician was very nice, worked straight thru until the job was completed. These folks Rock !!!\r more
