I really like our Dentist, Dr. Griffiths, in Beaverton, Oregon. His staff is kind and helpful. They are great with my kids and my kids actually like going to the dentist. Last month, my 3 year old asked every day if it was the dentist appointment day! (Our appointment was at the end of the month)
I am not a regular flosser, and I never feel chastised by the hygienist, but instead, she tells me she understands how hard it is to have small kids and be a busy mom, and encourages me to try to floss more in the nicest way. Plus, there are fresh cookies when your appointment is over. How many dentists give you cookies???
I feel completely confident in Dr. Griffiths' competency, although we've never had any major work done. He and his staff are all so professional and knowledgeable, I feel like our dental health is in wonderful hands.
