Efficient and courteous 11/16/2015

Brought my Audi TT Roadster in for servicing. They were ready when I brought it in, let me know about progress and any new developments during the course of the day. I always spoke to the same person and my car was ready when promised. more

You can find friendly people, excellent customer service, and work that you can trust here at Griffin's Auto. I purchased a "new" used car and wanted to have an overall inspection and take car of any immediate automotive concerns. Griffin's Auto took me in on short notice, performed the inspection and work needed, and provided further recommendation. I will be taking my car back here for future needs! more

Quick, competent, professional and friendly 10/19/2015

Griffin's Auto Repair took me in one morning when I needed emergency work. They did the work quickly, competently, and for a fair price. In addition, the staff was friendly. I am not sure what else one can possibly want in an auto repair shop. I'm in my late '50's and this was the most pleasant experience I ever had at an auto shop. My highest recommendation. more

Like everyone else this year, BEWARE! New ownership has taken over this company for the worst!\r Complete Bait and Switch! Quoted me $79.00 Diag Fee, then calls back 4 hours later and makes up a phony story saying "We think it' an Electrical Problem" Now the Diagnostic fee will be $159.00 because we have to get out all the manuals, and Schematics! Then has the nerve to try and over charge me 500% for OEM Parts!(I called the Dealer).\r THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! more

Avoid at all cost 6/15/2010

I went with this company since google maps gave it high ratings but did not read prior reviews which was my mistake. Avoid this company at all costs, they will charge you for every tiny thing. If they can't fix your car you will still be charged for so called "diagnostics charge". Also notice that all their reviews are from a no name company called demandforce. I believe these are all fabricated reviews. I left with the same problems I came in with. more

Beware of this Company 3/28/2010

This company is very shady, they lock you into services that are not necessary. They hide bad reviews by hiring a corrupt marketing company by the name of Thunder SEO. Thunder SEO owns reviewboost(dot)com so you can see where i'm heading. Thunder SEO also should be frowned upon for ruining the authenticity of review services. All his good reviews are fabricated, check the past reviews for a better clue of how Griffin handles his clients. If I could give 0 stars, I would have. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Griffins Auto Service is professional establishment with quality service. They work is always done on time, when they say. I like that I drop my car in the morning before work and I get my car after work. Marshall and Abraham are great. They always explain the repair in detail when ever I dont understand.. Griffin's Automotive Service is outstanding! 7/16/2009

Griffin's is amazing. Abraham and Marshall are 100% honest, 100% knowledgeable and 100% helpful. We have a Subaru with 97,000 miles and got a 90k overhaul and checkup last January. Since then, we only take our car to Griffin's. This sounds a bit cliche, but they really do 'care' about their customers and the cars. I can't say enough good things about Griffin's. Also, Sancho (the resident canine mascot) is another huge plus :) more

Fast Service 4/28/2009

The Air Conditioner on my car died, which usually means a complicated and expensive fix. Took it in at 9am and had a diagnosis and estimate by 11am. Car was done by 1pm. Very knowledgeable guys. My car is a heavily modified tuner and they knew exactly what they were looking at and even complemented me on specific things I have. They are friendly but like others said, don't be offended if you don't get a lot of chit-chat from them. They have that gruff, no-nonsense working men vibe and won't BS you with a lot of smooth talk. Very fair prices too. more

Wow!!!! 50 years in Business... 2/12/2009

I had just moved into Little Italy when my service light turned on. So I decided to take my 2007 Lexus in to the local repair shop. I was very impressed with how clean the WHOLE establishment is. They obviously care about what they are doing. They gave me a ride to work in a clean comfortable car. They called me with an estimate for my 30K service, which was less then the dealer. I dropped my car off at 8am and was ready by noon. They called me 4 days later to thank me for the business. I also got a thank you card in the mail. Griffins Auto Repair really shows they care about their customers. Now I see why they have been in business for 50 years. I' ve referred several of my friends and they all thank me for the referral. Reliable 10/20/2008

Had my breaks done. They rotated the tires at the same time. Quick and efficient service. Good price. I would definately recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs done. more
