I am extremely happy with the pre-owned sales department namely Mark Linsmeier. For going above and beyond to make sure he could get me in the truck I have been searching for , for over 6 months time. He was thorough, courteous, responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, and on and on! \r \r Service department made sure I had a loaner car for my personal use while they worked on my truck. Seeing the work that needed to be done on my truck was going to take a day to complete due to parts being ordered and inspection for any further issues. I am very pleased with my experience with Griffin Ford. more

We purchased a used car for our daughters and the experience with Griffin Ford was great. They worked with me via phone and email to go through the sales process until we were ready to come in, test drive and then purchase the vehicle. This was a first car purchase for our girls and the sales and admin staff treated them with respect and kindness during the sales process. It was a good experience for them as well. \r Good Price, Good People and overall great experience.\r Thank you! more
