Me and my daughter were shopping there last week and as soon as we stepped into the store, a pushy sales person, a femine guy, came up to us and started to follow us around. My daughter had seen a dress in the store she really liked , but noticed there was a thread loose, so she mentioned it to the guy: he slapped the dress out of her hands and told her that that is what happens to their clothing when people touched it! My daughter is a grown up and was totally stunned by his reaction. I was already down further in the store, so she walked up to me and try to explain what happened to her, then we got interupted by the same guy, asking her ,,are you ok?'' She asked him if he was ok? Then the argument started and he claimed she pulled that thread from the dress. I asked him how people suppose to try on clothes if they are so affraid they will ruin it? He responded: the dress wouldn't fit her anyway...Did he just say that? I told him he was unbelievable rude, and that we were returning customers, who shop quite frequentle at Gregory's: he than told me that he was the owner and told us ,to get out of his store''I was absolutely in shock and we left the storfe, but I called my husband , who was not far from us and told him what had happened. He went back into the store to talk to this guy or the manager: well , the guy was in the back and would not come out and the manager ignorant about what just happened to us. My daughter was so upset with this sales guy and wanted a personal appology: he never came out from the back. I hope he wil get fired ,because no retail business should have a person like that on staff: especially in such a high end store. Unbelievable , and we will NEVER go back there. Instead we went of to The Woodlands, there is a new store called Shoecolate, and we dropped several thousand of dollars there: great service, very respectful. And of course great stuff: shoes, clothing and assecoiries! \r
Boohoo Gregory's, you just lost a client.
Cons: Pushy and rude sales people: over the top nuts
