I have never been more appalled by the rudeness of this firm's phone help. I had Sherry do my taxes last year and decided to go another route. I tried in vain to get my hands on the paper copy she provided me with last year, but due to personal reasons, could not get them in my posession and I cannot file my taxes without it. I thought for sure they would have my info on file, probably available at their fingertips. I called and left a message to be called back. Some girl named Tina called the next day and left me a message saying in order to speak with someone at all I would have to make an appointment, and further, went on to tell me when was good for THEM for me to call back. Correct me if I'm wrong, you don't ORDER your customers to do anything....Anyway, I called back and got her on the phone. I was told in a huffy and irritated voice that it wasn't a convenient time for her to look up this information, they were too busy, and that she would call me back the next day. I knew she wouldn't and offered to call back myself and after saying OK, I was basically hung up on. I couldn't get anyone on the phone the rest of the week, and sent in a friend to physically go into the office to get my information. I don't know who was working at the front, but my friend was also made to feel like she was imposing....ummmm, this is your JOB, don't like it? Then quit. But guess what? She was able to find the info in about 2 seconds. Here's a piece of advice: Don't over-exaggerate your importance just because it's tax season, we can always go to someone else. I would NOT recommend (and will be passing this along to everyone I know) EVER going to this place, unless, of course, you're in the mood for a good tongue-lashing. Word of mouth travels a lot further than snide remarks. You guys need a refresher course on manners.
Pros: Got my taxes done previously
Cons: Didn't answer phone, extremely rude, total lack of customer service, impatient employee
