my husband and friend lived in these apartments. they were great. so much is included with the price of the rental. they are townhouses so you have more room for you stuff.

I rented from Greenleaf for 2yrs with my wife. It was very nice, convenient to the parkway and expressway. Close to the beach and shopping. We loved the pool and tennis courts and the fitness center. The laundry area was average size and the dryers actually dried the clothes with one cycle. The neighborhood is friendly. I am a homeowner now, but if I ever had to rent again I would go back to Greenleaf. more
