Greenlawn South/They Really Care 6/25/2010

My family and I can't say enough good things about Ron and the staff at Greenlawn South. Ron made my dad look like my dad again. Even in death. The entire staff was with us with genuine care and kindness throughout the whole process. They even found a condolences book that matched my father's personality (Fisherman's Prayer) at the last minute. They delivered everything to my mom's home after the funeral and checked on us several times. Ron and his staff are exceptional people that give exceptional service. Unprofessinal 2/21/2010

Very unhappy with greenlawn funeral home. My Mom recently passed away and had prearainged plan with them years ago. She was to be cremated, and no funeral services. I came down from St.Louis,MO to see Mom one last time. Needless to say it was a disaster. \r They had done nothing at all. I had to go to the Garage to view my Moms body. she was still in the same Position she was found in, Laying on her side, in a sleeping position, on a metal gurney sitting in Garage next to a hearse.\r Then they made the comment that they were losing money because she made the arrangements back in 1999, I dont care they agreed to the price then, and should not complain to loved ones of the deceased about losing money. Very Unprofessional. I dont want to give them even one star, can I give negative stars? more

Nice people 11/2/2005

The people at Greenlawn Funeral Homes will help make those uncomfortable and sometimes heartbreaking situations a lot easier. It is never easy to plan a funeral for a loved one, but the people here are very compassionate and will be there to help with the final arrangements. You will not feel pressured, and will feel pleased with their services. more

Considering the circumstances, I have appreciated the services provided by this funeral home, both in the loss of a loved one and in attending funerals. They seem to be there to serve people and also keep up their funeral home nearby very well. more
