Wish I had read the reviews first. Horrible. Maybe if ""Tim"" and ""John"" the owners on their site-video came out and supervised the job - it might of came out good. The salesman, Brandon, is a typical car salesman. Brings in a beautiful, computer generated plan, then proceeds to talk pricing. Will leave the house several times to ""talk to his boss"" and come back in saying ""my boss is in a great mood today, so we can come down to this price."" Typical car salesman crap. The landscape crew was FANTASTIC - they did everything they were told, however, Brandon doesn't communicate with them and they had wrong plans. Terrible salesman and should not be involved in this business. Does not get back to you, does not supervise, and does not communicate. The ""contracted out"" patio contractors - again FANTASTIC! But came and saw our footings were poured WRONG?? Again, Brandon giving the landscape crew wrong measurements??? We had to babysit the whole project - which is what you don't want to do...that's why you hire professional contractors. Project took WAY over the time frame it should have. Contractors not showing up for a few days, shrubs not being delivered, wrong items being delivered, tools breaking, trucks not working...just a mess. Tony - from Quality Control - had to get involved for the rest of the project and he is FANTASTIC. He took care of all the issues and understood our frustrations. He is the one who should be supervising the jobs, he is the one who is professional, he is the one people should deal with from beginning to end. You guys are FOOLS if you lose him as an employee. Also, Brandon is NOT a professional landscaper or designer. Our workers did not know how to re-landscape existing shrubs and neither did Brandon. We had to walk Brandon through it all - again, something I did not want to do - I wanted professionals to do all the work. I could have paid myself to have consulted on my own front lawn. I wish we could of hired the landscape crew, patio contractors and Tony, without dealing with Brandon at all. He just made the whole experience one big headache.\r

**BE WARNED - more 5 star reviews came up after mine, the day right after I wrote this - (when there were no others posted close in date to mine) so you know they are fake accounts or were asked to write reviews to make their ratings move up. We have two other neighbors on our block currently going through hell with this company and they will be posting their reviews as well. We are part of a development so you know we are legit customers and are having bad experiences with this company.\r

You would think they would make ""right"" by their customer - by some sort of compensation or whatever - but they do not apologize, reach out - nothing. They take your money, do the job when they feel like doing it, finish it over the time it should take, and you never hear from them again. Terrible customer service.
