The Great Wind-up has a super duper array of toys that jump, creep, hop and spit fire. Chattering teeth, walking nose, pecking chick, and much, much more. You probably should not let your toddler loose in here, since many of the toys are "vintage" type and have small parts. more

Great toy pit stop when cruising Pike Place 8/20/2005

At the Great Wind-Up you’ll find all kinds of wind-up toys. The store is entertaining enough for kids as well as adults. Look for the old classics as well. It is a little tucked away from the main Pike Place Market – go South and you’ll find it. It’s not inexpensive, but you’ll find unique toys you just can’t find elsewhere. Worth a stop. more
