I had asked ahead of time what the trial lens visit would cost, and was told "I don't know" or "Maybe nothing" so I was surprised to be charged $80. I'm not saying that's not reas...

Staff is knowledgeable & helpful. I'm pleased with the eye care I receive (thorough eye exam). Patients are made to feel comfortable. Would recommend Gray Family Vision. more

I'm always impressed from the time I enter to the time I leave. Everyone is so cheerful and professional and the attention the doctors and their staff put into my examination can't be beat. They are at the top of their profession when it comes to addressing eye problems and know where to send you if you need eye surgery. more

I thoroughly was pleased with my care and attention with my visit on 11/11/11. Everyone was so pleasant and I was not sitting around waiting for a long period of time. Dr Cook and the Staff are Great with kids. 11/14/2011

My Son was a little skeptical but Dr Cook and his staff were great. They were patient and gentle with him. His sister also had a visit with them that day and they were great with her as well. She needed glasses but unfortunately we could not buy them through Dr Cook because they do not take our vision insurance. We have always found their glasses prices to be very competitive and great quality. I would love it if you could start taking AlwaysCare Insurance. more

glasses & blephritis 10/24/2011

The glasses I have worn and replaced once were a problem right from square one...They have never fit right(either pair) and they have constantly pulled my hair(bangs) out..On the left ear bow there is a snag in piece which ripped my hair out when they were adjusted at my last visit. To correct that problem I believe the insert was removed making the snagging worse...I also regreted not speaking longer with the Dr about the blephritis and byfocles vs tri..... more

I think its nice to pick a pair of glasses I liked but it would be nice if there were comparable styles that would be more economical and your staff could offer these also....."just checking if I would like something close to what I picked as another less expensive alternative" more

Great experience 10/18/2011

I was very happy with the service provided by Dr Cook. He took his time explaining everything and even went as far as to educate me on the lens in my eye, it's purpose and what happens over time. Often times doctors are in a rush to get to the next patient but Dr Cook was patient and genuinely cared about my sight. I appreciate that. Also, Angela was very kind and helpful in guiding me through the many choices in frames. more
