Very friendly and personable staff! Unlike other offices I've visited where I was made to feel like I was a bother, your staff made me feel very welcome!

I had asked ahead of time what the trial lens visit would cost, and was told "I don't know" or "Maybe nothing" so I was surprised to be charged $80. I'm not saying that's not reas...

Routine Eye Exams 10/14/2011

Gray Family Vision has a friendly office staff and they were prompt in delivering great service! This was our first visit, and our family is happy to know it is so close to our home. Dr. Guiseley was very nice, and seemed professional in all aspects of our exams. We would highly recommend others to visit this office. more

My appointment was on time. Friendly service, the doctor took time to explain everything in basic terms and answer any questions, and I never picked out a pair of glasses as quick as I did here and I LOVE them. When picking out glasses I was given an honest opinion and the suggestions for frames to try on took into consideration my face shape, coloring, and personality. I walked out with my glasses that night and my sunglasses are supposed to come in a week. Needless to say I am very pleased with my experience there and will continue to go there for my eye care. more

I have always been pleased with my experience at Gray Family Vision. I have been a patient since the age of 8 years old and can't imagine seeing anyone else. I've recommended it many times over the years to others looking for a quality vision care facility and will continue to do so! more

Great place, great visit. 9/20/2011

Before I wrote this I tried to imagine how a more satisfying visit would have gone. It is, after all, a visit to the eye doctor. What do I want? Balloons? Dancing girls? I went in, they got me to the machines, they checked me out, I saw the doc and I was done. Very neat and professional. No issues. The workers seem happy and there was no grumbling or talking about patients. A great place to visit all-in-all. more
