They left me stranded at my hotel, after waiting on the phone for 15 minutes and then again for 5 minutes, they suggested that I take a cab, and the women on the phone sounded like she couldnt care less. Gray Line Tours of Southern Nevada is worthless. We had pre-purchased tickets with them and after 1 hour and a half no one showed up to pick us up. Twice they said they were right around the corner and they also had the nerve to say they came to get us and we must have gone inside or something because we weren't there(flat out lie). Finally after 1 hour and a half a bus pulled up and he said he wasn't there for pick-ups but just for drop offs. Since our plane was going to be leaving in one hour and I am in a electric scooter and on oxygen we paid a taxi driver $40.00 to get us to the airport quicker. Just to reiterate about the tour company, I don't think I have ever heard so many excuses or lies before, but I would definetly not use this company if I were you.\r more

If you are heading to Las Vegas by air, with only one or two people in you party, the best thing to do is to ride the shuttle service to the strip. As you exit the terminal you will find Grayline Shuttles. Here you can pay for one way or round trip tickets, We suggest the cheapest, a round trip for $14 USD per person.
