I wouldn't recommend living @ the Grand Plaza Apartments. I have a friend, that lives there, that complains to me EVERY week, about the excessive noise. Management prefers 20-so...

I wouldn't recommend living @ the Grand Plaza Apartments. I have a friend, that lives there, that complains to me EVERY week, about the excessive noise. Management prefers 20-something tenants. Lease rules aren't adhered to. more

Low rent too many tenants 12/7/2008

I lived in this complex for less than a year. Groups of 12 living in 2 bedroom apartments. Smoking on the stairways. Cigarettes being left lit sitting on the steps. Real fire hazard. Management did not seem to care. more
