Grand Ole Opry Museum

I got a chance to go to the Grand Ole Opry last November. I had a blast with my friends. I don't even like country music but it was still so much fun. It's exciting and the crowd really gets into the performances. It's beautiful inside and I took tons of photos. I can't wait to go back. more

If you are a country music fan, you should go to the Grand Ole Opry. You’ll have a great time! They have had performances for over 80 years. The performers are well-known professional country musicians. Some of the Opry members include Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, and many, many more. They also have comedic performances and blue-grass and gospel music. You’ll have an unforgettable time! more

There is only one Grand Ole Opry and if you come to Nashville don't live without a visit to the Opry. It's funny because so think they aren't country music fans, then have the time of their lives at the Opry. The Opry isn't about country music it's about entertainment. Every Friday and twice on Saturday this group of preformers with acts like Porter Wagoner to Vince Gill you never know who the Opry will bring out and it might not even be someone who's scheduled to be there. The pay for performing is next to nothing and the people that are there are there to be part of something bigger than themselves. If you are in Nashville, and you have a free evening the Opry is an activity that is 100% pure Nashville and 100% pure entertainment - well worth the cost of admission. more
