Took a tour of Gramercy On The Park over a year ago when my wife and I were looking to relocate closer to her work. \r Everything was pretty nice, one of the nicer apartment complexes I've toured. The leasing office staff were friendly and followed up after my initial visit. You would think that would be granted for most apartment complexes, but I've toured quite a few over the years, and sometimes I never hear back, even if I'm interested.\r All in all, it seems to be a nice apartment complex from a physical apartment standpoint. more

Overall, my experience here was fine. The maintenance crew did a nice job of taking care of issues (it was brand new when I moved in) so repairs were minimal. more

I love Gramercy on the park because the staff in the office makes my everyday living so easy. With their grand smiles that just warm your day. To the amazing home that they provided me at move in... Thanks guys for making my stay so amazing. more

OK. First of all, I'm reading most everyone's whiny reviews, and they're just making me laugh. Really people'! Get a grip. If you don't like living here, move '! EVERYWHERE HAS BREAK-INS & RUDE TENANTS! Secondly, I've been here for over a year now, and I really like it. Yes, there are a few things that could be worked on; however, what complex doesn't'\r \r Positives: it's clean, management is pleasant & helpful, there is plenty of covered & FREE parking, maintenance is quick, the grounds are nice (especially will be when everything gets completely finished), I see cops driving passed my apartment all the time so I feel safe.\r \r Anyway, my opinion...I would recommend GOTP! more

I’ve called Gramercy home for about a year now and just renewed for another year. The location is perfect because it’s close to the major highways, shopping/restaurants, and the dog park. My floorplan is perfect because it is open, spacious, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend living at the Gramercy to anyone looking for nice apartments with good amenities at a fair price! The staff is awesome and always respond to questions/requests quickly.looking for nice apartments with good amenities at a fair price! more

There were some changes to the management team a few months ago, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the improvement in communication and overall attitude from everyone in the office. With all the terrible weather we have had this winter, the management team and staff rose to the very difficult task of keeping all the residents informed in a friendly, honest and relatable way. more

I was pleased to see the welcome letter from some of the new staff members letting the residents know that they were listening to us. Things like not charging for replacement track lights and being able to pick packages up at the office. Not that those things are a complete and total inconvenience, but it does make life a little easier if we don t have to worry about it. Plus lately, if I need to call down to the management office, I am talking to a person who is friendly and eager to help. more

I am LOVING all the new food trucks! And the dog park is wonderful!\r \r Finally, the maintenance. I had not had time to put in a maintenance request for some burnt out light bulbs. Imagine my surprise about a month ago when I walked into my apartment and realized someone had replaced all my burnt out lights! And recently I was able to put in a request for several small items. They were taken care of sooner than expected and exceeded my expectations.\r \r Gramercy has always been a great place to live, and somehow they managed to make it even better! more

I have lived at Gramercy on the park for over 1 year and I do not understand why there are negative comments. I have really enjoyed living here and have noticed improvements with the new management staff. I was very happy to hear that our packages our being accepted in the leasing office which was one of the things I was not to happy about when it was taken away prior. I have never had any problems with my car being broken into and the location of my apartment is very quiet. I commend them for the job they did keeping us up to date when we lost power and how they were consistently calling Oncore for updates and at the same time informing their tenants. I have learn that you never should believe what you read, prior to my moving here I walked the hallways and asked several tenants how is it to live here and they gave me good reviews and I even asked someone who was in the process of moving out and his response was he loved living here but needed to move due to the increase in rent. I'm very happy with this new Management team, big difference! And no I was not ask to put this review by the office like the previous review response comments have! I did it for the outstanding job they did when we had our ice storm!!!\r more

I LOVE living here. I have been here almost a year. The staff is always kind, helpful, and great customer service. The workout room is nice and cleaned every day, better. The grounds are nicely kept from the pool, garden area, tv by pool and any common area. I like that it is such a dog friendly community and right next door to a 22 acre dog park. more
