My boyfriend and I had the son of the owner come to our home for a housecall. He was very personable, and we didn't really need an actual repair, but needed our hi-def tv set up properly and all of our things hooked up to it. For example our home theater system, our gaming system, our ipod docker etc and get it all integrated through our tv. He simplified everything and did what we weren't able to do. But, we felt to get our entertainment system properly set up, it was worth the price, and the service was outstanding.
