Graceland Shoe Repair

I thought my favorite boots were goners. The zipper had pulled away making them hard to zip up. I see how they were fixed but I cannot imagine how it was done. The stitching is so intricate and perfect -- it's amazing. I was late about a week for picking them up but they were finished. This is the second repair of shoes that I have had completed by Graceland Shoe Repair and I'll definitely be back. Great work! more

OK, so the guy doesn't get his work done on time. I think the reason is becuz HE DOES AWESOME WORK! I brought in my fave cowboy boots (the ones I was marreid in) and he resoled them. True, he said 1 week. it was more like 2.5 weeks. But when I got them back I was AMAZED! They look awesome! Hey, if he's gonna do werk this good, I can wait another week or 2. Compared to having a $220 pair of boots ruined (its happened to me b4), I'll gladly put up w/ him being a li'l late. Did I add that he totally redyed the soles AND polished the leather? Yep. Ignore the lady above, w/ her 1 star rating (what her problem?). Some people are never happy. This guy is well worth the wait! Bravo, dude! PS: Did I mention he's also a bear of a man & a total sweetheart to boot?! No pun intended, btw.... more

I dropped my shoes off on a Friday. They said they would be ready on Wednesday. I go in to pick them up on Wednesday and had to wait 30 minutes while they fixed my 3 pairs of shoes. That is RIDICULOUS!! Did they bother to offer me an discount for my time? NO! The store is chaotic and the lady at the desk would rather watch Soap Operas with a side order of attitude. I will NOT be back and I'll make sure nobody I know goes back either! more
