Gorgeous Nails is the best manicure and pedicure salon . I have been coming to Nancy since 1994 , she is a very professional dedicated worker . She treats her clients very well and always has a kind word .Nancy is a wonderful lady and it is no wonder she has a large clientage that have been with her a very long time . It has been a pleasure writing this about Nancy . This place is horrible to get your nails done. The Owner, Nancy Nguyen poses as a ""manager"" in case of legal issues and health inspectors.Her husband and her own the store. Nothing at the store is ever sanitized and is very dirty the spa water that you put your feet in could be from the previous customers feet as well as all the tools that were used! She does not follow state laws and has been issued many citations over the pass few months of my friend being an employee at here shop, where she was wrongfully terminated because she did the right thing and told Nancy that what she was doing was dirty and unlawful. This is not a hate message on the store. Ive actually been in there and saw what was going on in front of my eyes. I walked in without an appointment and was sent to Nancy to get my nails/toes done sitting on the seat I can see that the tub of water with cut nails and floating skin which she told me to dip my feet in!! NO WAY thats gonna happen! I cannot stand the dirtiness of this place at all. There are many complaints about her cutting nails to short and treating customer very wrongfully in many other reviews on this site and others. Stay away from Nancy if you don't want any infections of skin/heath issues. She is also very rude and not professional at all! Buyer Beware! Customer Beware! Buyer Beware! Customer Beware! This is the first pedicure that I have had that was quite good. I have not done my toes in a couple of years. They were very nice and friendly when my sister and I walked in with no appointment. They took us in about 10 to 15 minutes later. My pedicure was the best I have had. Great massage the hot stones were wonderful and the parrafin wax on my feet soothing. My sister did not get that great of a massage. The lady doing her nails seemed to be rushed. Keep in mind we did not make appointments. Like with all nail salons you have to give it a chance. Atleast with this place you seem to have a good experience the first time. I would let them know it's your first time it seemed to help. Gorgeous nails is an outstanding salon .The manicurists provide excellent sense and attention to their clients , the manicures and pedicures are the best I' ve ever had ! I have been coming to Nancy for over 12 years , I see her every two weeks for my hands and feet , I couldn't live without her . Gorgeous Nails really does the best pedicure I've ever had-everyone there is good, but Nancy can solve just about any problem you may have with your feet AND make them look fabulous. On my birthday my mom took me to Gorgeous Nails, and I got poorest service. We were treated so unrespectfully. The employee talk in a very loud tone, almost like screaming. The place was unclean and they are not profesional. When I got home that day the paint peel from my nail tip, and it look white throughout my finger. That got to be my worses birthday experience EVER!!!! more

Nancy or Kim will give you that hand and foot model look we all love. My visits to Northern California from the Big Apple are never complete without an appointment here. The service is just lovely, the atmosphere is friendly, the place is clean. The ladies adhere to sanitary cleanliness, and there are no harsh chemical orders. Even though this is nowhere near where I live anymore, I still go here all the time because it's THAT GOOD. For the price of the pedicure, you get a paraffin wax AND a hot stone massage. I will be going back again and again. more
