We have used Goodman several times over the past 15 years. Always on time and good prices. We have had wind damage and they came right out! I would recommend them to anyone in the Springfield area. First Class! more

Woops, too bad, so sad. 5/6/2008

I only recommend them if you are on the budge and don't have much expectation on customer service. Yesterday their guys came out to place posts for the fence, hit the pipe line for underground irrigation system, then turned around and said, Woops! too bad, it happens all the time and it was on the Holy Contract that they won't be responsible for the damage because they couldn't predict that will happen. I understand that part of job, but I just want someone to be held accountable for the damage. Of course, the answer is NO!\r So I say, if your are looking at putting up some fence without spending high dollars, and will just satisfy with some mediocre customer service response, they are your guys. (pray that nothing goes wrong on the job) If you are looking at a high quality job with excellent service, look somewhere else. more

Excellent customer service 4/27/2005

When I contacted this company for an estimate, they immediately set me up for a consultation the next day. The consultant and the workers who put up the fence were very helpful and did an excellent job, even coming back to repair some minor things that I did not even ask for. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company and would recommend them highly. Also, other fence companies that I contacted in the area did not even call back to set up appointments for consultations. more
