Every time I order online they NEVER get my order right. Delivery alone takes forever, the food ALWAYS comes cold from the delivery taking so long. I definitely would not recommen...

The Honey Chicken Cutlet Hero is amazingly good and it's HUGE! Waffle fries are very good. The first time I ordered, delivery was prominent, second time it took about an hour, way too long and the food arrived almost cold; both times were ordered before closing so maybe that's why it was inconsistent? I also ordered the NY style square pizza, it wasn't great, maybe because it was almost cold... I will have to try it again. But overall, I can't give these guys a bad review. more

The food is great high quality and full of flavor. The only problem is the last two times I ordered once by phone, once online they didn't send the cup of sauce I ordered so the meal turned out to be very disappointing. more

I definitely would not recommend this restaurant at all. Their food is horrible as well...from the chicken fettuccine down to the chicken cutlet. I really don't know how this restaurant has all these "5 star reviews" with one word reviews. *coughs* fake... more

The food NEVER even showed up. When, I called after almost 3 hours they said they showed up to my house & no one answered. (though I'd been sitting on my porch waiting) When I tried to explain this to the gentleman on the phone he started screaming at me asking "YOU'RE CALLING ME A LIAR?" I said "No. It's fine just credit my money back to the card." & he said "He'd see what he could do." So, I wound up having to contact grubhub myself for my refund. more
