VERY, VERY disappointed. Will not use a second time and do not recommend. Writing this for my fiance who recently used the company. First of all had a verbal agreement that they would show up first thing in the morning on a Friday, took off a day of work to move. Friday morning...no show, no call, 10am and wouldn't answer their phone. Had to call the Tulsa branch and ask them to call the OKC guys. Of course the OKC guys immediately called and explained they had run late on a job the day before and would be later. If you knew the day before then you could have called and given a heads up. Incredibly, incredibly inconsiderate as a move is already expensive and had we known you weren't going to show up until 130 (after saying you would be there an hour earlier!!) she could have only taken a half day off from work. So anyway, they show up, to move a single girl out of a 1 bed apartment and say oops looks like we are going to need an extra guy, AND thats going to cost you extra. They offer a 10% discount for their poor service but then add a guy and increase the previously agreed upon fee of 49/hour for 2 guys. Sure, she could have told them to leave and used someone else, but she's already taken the day off, and sent the dog to the groomers to be out of the way. They get somebody in a vulnerable spot and then provide poor service and take advantage of her. Just all around bad business practice, unethical, and inconsiderate. Good Brothers not so good. Highly do not recommend and will spread the word.
