Dishonest and Unprofessional Dealer 7/22/2010

We turned in two lease cars one month before the lease expired and chose to lease two new cars. Golling verbally told us numerous times they would take care of the final lease payments on the old vehicles (one payment on each car for about $230) as part of the deal. One month later we receive a past due notice for the old lease payments. We called Golling thinking this fell through the cracks, but instead sales and management now claim "We never agreed to make the final lease payments", even though the initial paperwork indicated they would do so (they now claim that paperwork was wrong and/or lost). I'm told everyone in management is "unavailable" to help me. Even though we left our numbers and asked for management to call us, the calls never came. This is how they deal with a problem -- they ignore and stonewall you. The only reason we traded the cars in one month early was because Golling agreed to make our final lease payments. Why would we otherwise pick up a new lease and still make a payment on cars we turned in? Now we are stuck with a remaining lease payment on two cars that we turned in over a month ago -- and a past due payment on our credit. Don't do business with Golling. They'll say anything to make the sale, and after you sign they won't live up to their word. They are crooks and liars. more

Golling stole money out of my car 4/27/2009

I took my Chrysler to Golling for a tune-up. The service technician we spoke to was very professional and I do feel they probably did a decent job; however, someone at Golling stole an entire ash tray full of just quarters and even cleaned out my emergency gas money stash hidden under a bunch of paperwork in the middle console. I couldn’t believe it! Golling sent us a reimbursement check but I would have traded that for the culprit’s job in a second. Since Golling never called to tell us if they fired the service person who steals out of cars I can never take my car back there for fear of what would end up gone the next time. more

Golling Jeep 3/22/2006

I took my newer model Jeep Liberty to this dealership because my check engine light was on, I needed a new tire and for an oil change. I left it early in the morning and told them I needed it before 5pm to leave on a business trip up-north. They said no problem. The long and short of it is that they lied to me about working on the vehicle (they still hadn't until after 4pm), the paperwork said I refused a new tire when I had asked for one and they said they hadn't figured out what was wrong with the engine light but had determined it had a leak "somewhere". It was a nightmare. I tried to speak to the manage but he was at "school" and never returned phone calls. I spoke with someone who called to see how my service was and told her how awful it was. She said the manager would return my call. He never did. I would never give this dealership my business. I'd drive 30 miles to the next one to avoid it! more
