Beware 2/23/2023

Unfortunately, I hired Phillip Jones to represent me in a severe parental alienation case, all I can say he was Inept, clumsy, clueless and very passive and cost me a lot of money. I wish I could tell the whole story on here it was mind blowing. Anyway, if you are looking for an attorney in a child custody, parental rights, parental alienation, parenting time case etc. PLEASE look somewhere else, you and your kids deserve more that this. Easily the most frustrating thing in my Life. more

Nathan is a lawyer with a great heart! I always found him giving me the best advice both from the case and moral perspective. Having a lawyer like Nathan whom I trusted completely was a great support during this difficult phase. During divorce one's judgement to take sound decision is clobbered by emotions, Nathan's sincerity and genuine concern helped me look at bigger picture and take the best approach. more

Our attorney Nathan Gibbs did a great job of getting us everything we set out to do with our custody case. It was long process however Nathan was on top of everything that we thought would happen and directed us to a successful outcome. more

Beware of Goldberg Jones 11/12/2015

Avoid this firm at all costs. They took $8000 and did nothing but put my son in a worse situation. Abandoning him when he has to make a modification filing. They are not men's advocates in divorce preceding's they only look out for their reputation. As you read the reviews posted there are others that think the same as I do. Beware of Goldberg Jones. You will get screwed. more

Screw Ups Here 5/6/2015

These people screwed up big time. They couldn't even get dates right and now I'm having issues w my car tire as they failed to write VIN on decree and got the age of my auto wrong. They gave my a different atty at the last minute by the name of Chance. He admitted to me that he had barely time to read my file before going to court and he caved. Don't waste your money w these people more

This was the best choice that I ever made, calling Goldberg and Jones. 5/18/2014

Things became messy when she hired an accomplished attorney with over 30 years experience. I came to Goldberg and Jones after my ex-wife's attorney crucified me in court over untrue accusations and attempted to have all my visitation rights privileges removed completely. Kenneth Allen refereed me to Thomas Sabin when I explained my situation to him. This was the best choice that I ever made, calling Goldberg and Jones. Thank you Mr. Sabin for your hard work and help getting through one of the hardest events of my life. more

Anna handled my case in a highly professional manner. Her attention to detail caught several things that I missed and I am grateful for that. She was always prompt in responding to questions and never late for meetings or court appearances. Having dealt with several "older more experienced" lawyers over the past few years it was refreshing to have someone represent me that actually cared about my case and the parties involved. I would not hesitate to retain Anna in the future if the need ever arises. more

When I first came to Goldberg Jones, I was looking for a custody attorney who would represent me without being too aggressive and expensive. I had already interviewed several attorneys and was rapidly getting discouraged in my search. That's when I met Scott Marlow. His affable, yet straight forward approach to my situation put me at ease, which gave me the reassurance that he would represent my interests without any drama and/or courtroom theatrics. Scott always presented me with several options that were thoroughly researched and often took the conservative approach. I had a consultation with Kenneth Alan, he helped me out a lot! There were so many questions surrounding my case, from custody to finacial obligations. Kenneth listened to every thing I had to say and answered the questions with no hesitation. He even helped me by informing me of steps that I should take that would benefit me regardless if had decided to use him as my attorney or not. I am still hopeful of my case not getting ugly, but I know I have a source in Kenneth that I can rely on if need be. Thanks so much for the help! more

My experience was not what I expected, my first attorney assigned to me, was a complete idiot and just about kept me from ever seeing my children. But GoldbergJones came through and reassigned me to Dan Lannon, who was not only on the ball and fighting for me, but was very personable and a friend at a time when I was needing all the support and guidance I could get. I would recommend using GoldbergJones to anyone I know, because I feel they are honest and very knowledgeable and even if you have a problem they wont leave you hanging, but actually help you. more

Recently, a situation arose requiring me to employ the services of an attorney. I wanted someone who would not only represent me but also provide solid, sound, realistic advice. I found the firm of Goldberg-Jones, and after a consultation to review my situation, I was set me up with Mr. Thomas Sabin. Tom handled my situation so very well. He jumped in with both feet and expedited the entire process. All the while the consummate professional, Tom also is quite personable and friendly. Tom reinforced ideas when I was spot on and of course open to any thoughts I had. Additionally, he let me know when I was mistaken, unreasonable, or unrealistic. He also informed me when I was opening myself up to potential liability. As a client, I expected and received solid advice, professional service, and a final result of a reasonable resolution to my situation. Additionally, I did not expect, but did receive empathy and understanding. From top to bottom, Goldberg-Jones provided the best service I could have asked for, including friendly staff, prompt service and communication. I ended up with primary custody 3/30/2012

I ended up with primary custody of my four children and substantial child support from my ex. It wasn't cheap. It wasn't easy. But it was worth every penny and all the time spent. I believe I would not have achieved these results had I not chosen Goldberg and Jones. I received excellent initial advice from managing attorney. Kenneth Alan and experienced top level legal services from my attorney, Dan Lannon. Although young, Dan is a seasoned veteran in family law. Dan is excellent communicator and is a skilled negotiator. I cannot recommend Goldberg Jones more highly for men going through a divorce. more
