Love them! I've used Global Sedan on several occasions. They're always on time and their cars are in perfect condition, with polite drivers. For service to/from JFK and also at DCA, it's only slightly more expensive than a cab, but much more pleasant more

I have been using Global Sedan for about 2 years and it is always a good experience. My online profile is saved and remember my address, they pick me up on time, and they wait if I am running late and do not rush me. which I appreciate. more

Great services 3/27/2012

Global Sedan is simply the best, reasonably priced car service in New York and DC. I live in New York, but my Boyfriend lives in DC, He booked the car for me for a late night arrival because he was still at work, I used them again this morning and each time they've been top notch, always prompt and courteous. Reservations can be made on their website which produces an email confirmation about an hour later...If you need a car service in DC or NYC, these are the guys to call. more

These guys are the best. So good that I have them on speed dial. I've used Global Sedan a lot for work and they always provided great service from and too both DCA and Dulles Airports... and the occasional ride back from the city after too many drinks. What more could you ask for... Drivers always on time too, you could ask for that I guess more

Couldn't be better. Called and left a voice mail message at 9:30 pm for a 4:30 am pickup. Received a text message confirmation two minutes later. The driver was on time, extremely professional, courteous, and quiet, which is essential at that ungodly hour. I won't bother using any other service in the future. more

Chris was a wonderful driver; I couldn't ask for more. I'll call Global Sedan again next time I need a car, he was prompt, helpful, friendly, and courteous. Our flight to DCA was delayed from a 10:30pm arrival to a 1am arrival. Knowing we'd miss the last Metro to downtown, and having never before used a car service in DC, I called a random company listed on Google, International Limousine. They referred us to Global Sedan and made our late night much easier to handle. more

Great service 3/11/2012

Great service! I booked car service for our group, a simple pick up and drop off from a restaurant in Chinatown to club in Adams Morgan. I spent half the day calling other car services. It took forever to find someone willing to do such a quick service on saturday night-even though I offered to pay for an hour. Ed was great, ""No problem,"" he said- and sent me immediate email confirmation. The drivers arrived on time and were very friendly. After a few glasses of bubbly at the restaurant it was a comfort to know my party was in good hands and would be transported safely to our next destination. I got a card from one of the drivers and will be sure to use Global Sedan again. more

Love these guys! Jen in the office was beyond helpful. They picked up a friend and her elderly dad on extremely short notice. They were on time, courteous, just great. I will use them again and again more

My boyfriend and I always use Global Sedan when we travel. They never charge us extra for delayed flight They never complain when we ask to go the store to stock up on supplies before we get home They are ALWAYS on time and ALWAYS provide excellent service. more

After a bad experience with another company, me and my wife used this company and have nothing but excellent things to say about them. The customer service was top-notch, the billing was correct, the fleet was in great shape and the driver made us feel like royalty! more
