I was very dissatisfied with their services, especially with my representative Sam 1996. he was very rude. My atm was out of service, i called the number on his flyer which is his cell number at 10:30am i did not get an answer nor a response. i waited a while and called back at this point im missing money. I had to call several times before he even answered. He answered rudely saying not to call him more than one time, he had a bad attitude as well as going on and on about not calling him more than one time. He didnt come to fix the machine that day which was monday, nor Tuesday. He finally came wednessday at 11am having his on private conversation on his cell while handling this business. I asked why was the brand new machine constantly going out of order, having to call him at least once a week. he still had a bad attitude about it.
