I think I'll always come to the Glendale Salonspa. I always walk out with a haircut I love and I really like that Alice talks me through my hair decisions and really considers what I want my end result to be. I tell anyone and everyone that Glendale Salonspa is the place to go for a great cut. more

Superb Cut & Color 7/24/2011

I recently had my hair cut and highlighted and I am very pleased with it. The color tones are very pretty, and the cut is perfect. I had a pleasant experience in the salon - it was relaxing, professional, and everyone was courteous. I will be a repeat customer for sure. more

Great stylists, comfortable atmosphere, luxurious extras! 7/15/2011

I have had a hard time finding a good stylist at all of the chain salons so I decided to splurge and go to a proper salon/spa. For $40 I received the best haircut of my life, a scalp, neck, shoulder, and hand massage, and a facial. These stylists truly care about you being happy with your haircut and I will never go anywhere else! Glendale Salonspa, you have a customer for life! more

Purple Peekaboo! 7/15/2011

Tamera has been doing my hair for years, and this week I tried something new! She put a bright purple peekaboo stripe in my hair, and I LOVE IT! So now, I can part it on the left for my job at the bank, and part it on the right side for Girls Night Out! It's the coolest! I love Glendale SalonSpa! more

Color Repair 7/13/2011

I went in for a color repair and it did not come out the first try. This was somewhat expected since repairs are unpredictable. Instead of having me return another day, they went out of their way to accommodate me immediately. In the end I was thoroughly satisfied with the end result. more

worst color treatment 6/10/2011

I went in to get my hair colored and the head color stylist told me she knew exactly what I wanted and I even showed her a picture. I left it in their hands and it was a huge mistake. I came out with blotches in my hair and the color didnt' even look right after 5 hours of being there. I left and felt helpless. I went back in a couple of days later and told her and she clearly saw the blotches and said that is the style these days but if I wanted to come in and blend it she would be willing to do that, without charge. I went back in again and she tried to fix it but couldn't and said she did everything she could. She saw the disappointment on my face and tried making excuses but I felt as a master color specialist, this should not have happened from the beginning. She told me to come back when my roots grow out and she would do a color all over and wouldn't cahrge me because she saw how horrified I was... (that is what she was supposed to do the first time). I will never step foot in this salon again, even if they are willing to do my color for free. I wish I could up load a photo, so you can see for yourself. more
