Glenbrook Apartments

The manager, Janice, was the most rude, hateful, condescending person I have ever dealt with in my life. During the application process, she repeatedly yelled at me, spoke to me like a redheaded step child, and was no less than obnoxious. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. The owners of Glenbrook should seriously fire her, because I am sure that as hateful as she was, I can't possibly be the only one who has complained. more

The glenbrook apts are not what they seem. They have a high crime rate in the area and the landlord is a @$&%*!!! They don't fix anything on time and the rent goes up about $25 every few months. The owner is a druggie from California. The owners don't even care about the property. The landscape is terrible and the swimming pool is discusting all the time. The play ground area is cheap and the BB court is covered in loose gravel. It has no washer and dryer but for about three loads in their pay machines it has costed me $18 because their dryers don't dry. The landlord is only in the office from 10-3pm! How the heck are you supposed to pay rent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are looking for a place to live,....DON'T move here!!! It is terrible and I can't wait to get out! Cons: EVERYTHING more
