The glass slipper was the worst experience during preparation to my wedding. I ordered shoes bcs they did not have my size . Week later I checked the order form and found out that they ordered the wrong size(the one that they already had in stock). I had to call the Galss slipper and make sure they order the correct size. Month and a half later (instead of promissed 1 month) I started calling them since nobody contacted me and my dress fitting was coming up soon. The lady said that she does not know what's happening with my shoes and said that she'll call me back. I waited - called them again. They said that my shoes will arrive soon. Then when I called again in a week - they still did not get my shoes and later found out that the order never been placed!!! So they had to place the order again and i did not have my shoes for the first dress fitting. My shoes arrived later and when I tried them on they were horrible - no way I would be able to walk in them (when I was trying the larger size they were ok). So I desided to return my shoes since I already bought an extra pair of comfy shoes for my first dress fitting. They charged me the restocking fee-even though it was their fault that they did not get my shoes in time for the first dress fitting.
They have poor choice of not very comfy and pricy shoes and they do not care about customers. Wedding is a stressful enough time- Just go the DSW or department store (I got a nice pair in Dillards).
