Thank you for sending Mike and Jesse for both the estimate and the job. They were thorough and efficient. Anything I asked them to do, they accommodated. They even stayed after the job was completed to give me pointers on door operation and eventual replacement of my automatic opener. Would recommend them to anybody. more

I called this morning for a service appointment and told them I was only available between 2 and 3 pm. Sure enough at 2:30 the technicians were at my door! Mike and Jesse were polite and professional. I highly recommend this company! more

Broken spring 3/27/2014

Mike and Jesse did a great job not only fixing a broken spring on my door, but also repairing some other damage and updating all the other parts. They were quick and did a great job including explaining everything they did. I'm having them come back to fix my other doors too. Highly recommend. more

Excellent service 3/25/2014

On 3/15/14 Jesse and Mike arrived on time and did a total overhaul of our garage door. Within an hour they had us up and running before the big snow storm. They were amazing. They were toally knowledgeable and professional and we appreciated their good work. Thanks so much. more

New Door and overhaul of hardware 3/19/2014

Girard's was recommended by a family member. After our consultation, my wife and I were impressed with how Mike gave options and inspected our entire system. Two weeks later, he was back. He completed an entire overhaul and installed a new opener. Great service and professional. Highly recommend them. more

Excellent Service is Refreshing 3/12/2014

At a time when private enterprise is under attack, it is refreshing to deal with a company that clearly puts customer's first. This is the 3rd experience I have had with the company-all service calls have been prompt and the issues were resolved. Today, Mike and Jesse arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with options for service, and readily provided costs for me to evaluate. The complete repair was done quickly and with quality--they clearly take pride in a job well done. more

Very fast and efficient for the install and replacement of necessary parts 3/11/2014

The two installers were efficient and comprehensive in their knowledge of the type of unit and the smoothness of install. They cleaned up removed all the old parts and made sure we understood the operation of the new unit. The price seemed a bit high but fair. I would give them my A+ rating more

Responsive and Friendly Service 3/10/2014

Great service across the board! Our garage door broke on a Saturday night and I called Sunday morning thinking that I would get a call some time on Monday. I actually received a call back in less than an hour...on a Sunday! Plus...they said they could come out Monday morning!! Mike and Jesse who came to fix our door were extremely friendly and courteous including clearly explaining the issue, oiling all the moving parts, and cleaning up. Just a great experience...thank you!!! more

Finally Reliable Service! 3/9/2014

Called several garage door repair companies. Some never called back. Others said that they were coming out and never showed up. My 4th call was to Girad's. From the lady who answered the phone to Mike D. our service man, it was first class service all of the way. Mike called first and showed up precisely on time only a few hours later on a weekend with excellent service and professionalism. I will recommend Mike and the company to all of my family and friends. Thank you. more

I called because the springs on our garage door broke and Girard's garage doors sent out Mike and Jesse. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. Very efficient service. Will recommend to anyone. 3/3/2014

My garage door snapped and broke a cable. Called many places at about 5 pm but only Girard's picked up. Spoke with Tommy, who was extremely nice and understanding and told me he would try his best to have someone over same day. One hour later I had Vince at my door who explained the costs, all options and was able to fix the issue in 30 mins! Haven't seen anything like that in terms of service. Would recommend them every time. more
