My mom is shopping from Getzow about 4 years now. She wanted to sell some of her gold. I tried to convince her that she will get the best price at a mall (I was betting on that). We went to the mall and then to another three jewelry stores. At the end we went to Getzow and they gave us by far the best price!!! more

We are dealing with Getzow for several years and I feel very pleased. My daughter and I, both shop there and it is the only jewelry store we will ever use. I had a lot of custom work done, always to my expectations!! The greatest selection and the best prices, compounded by the personal attention we receive. more

The only Jeweler my family and I use 4/18/2012

Ever since my parents took me to Getzow as a kid I've alway used them as my Jeweler. My wife loves jewelery and I buy her something from Getzow almost every holiday. I've bought everyting from her big diamond that took me hours to pick out to her neices bracelets. I do recommend them to everyone. I have never had a bad experience! more

The first time i went to Getzow jewelers was 9 years ago. It was my anniversary and i had forgotten. I saw the store from my car and i stopped almost 5 minutes before closing. I have been shopping at Getzow's for the last 14 years and I have to comment that I have always been extremely happy with the quality and prices. All the salespeople are courteous and helpful, and consider them family. more

Mr.Getzow did right by me 1/31/2011

My name is Bart. I drive past Getzow Jewelers everyday on my way to work and back home. I didn't wan't to go into a mall just to go to a jewelry store around Christmas so I gave them a chance. They had a large selection and they helped me pick out a very nice diamond necklace. I was very happy with the service and merchandise. more

Beware of no-refund policy 1/3/2011

I'm sure this is overall a good place, judging by the reviews.... but our experience was NOT good. Custom work did not turn out right.... and replacement item was finished hurriedly and sloppily, with flaws and loose stones, with the apparent assumption that I could just bring it back for a fix later when they had more time. No refunds allowed. Had to fight to get back extra fees charged to compensate jeweler for flawed custom work. So be sure when you work with this company, you are totally sure you trust them and want their work...even if you end up having to take it back several times for repairs. And make sure your stones are tight! I wish them the best...but I will not be back. more

I could see the gentleman was an expert in diamonds.He took his time, thoroughly answered my questions, explained the differences and the sale was made.What I thought was going to be a daunting experience,GETZOW'S made GREAT! Great Store! 8/5/2009

My fiancé and I went to Getzow Jewelers to look for an engagement ring. I was very particular with what kind of ring I wanted and would not settle for just anything. The young gentleman that was helping me was very patient and really tried to understand exactly what I was looking for. He showed me many different rings that were all beautiful and after about two hours I was able to find the ring of my dreams. I would highly recommend this store! I had a terrific experience with Getzow Jewelers while purchasing a beautiful pair of dimond earrings. The store provided a large selections of jewelry and great customer service. this store is top notch! over 40 years of experience and a very knowledgable staff,I sold some old jewelery that I had no use for anymore and I was very happy with the payout and the treatment I recieved,I will be using them for all of my future needs and holiday shopping,you can't find that kind of service in as big department store or the internet! By kathleen m. \r This is a store to do business with. \r I brought 3 pieces of broken jewelry, two rings and a necklace, which I had repaired many times and never held up. \r I was ready to sell them for scrap, but the proffesional people at Getzow's convinced me to have them fixed properly. Great customer service with an amazing selection of jewelry 12/22/2008

I have to say it's not every day I receive the wonderful customer service I received at Getzow Jewelers. They were very accommodating to all my needs, helping me find what I was looking for & answering all my questions. I really felt like they cared about my needs & what I wanted, not just about making a sale. They have an amazing selection of jewelry, and a beautiful selection of diamonds. I bought a beautiful set of diamond earrings and feel great about my purchase! I have already recommended Getzow to my family and friends and would recommend them to anyone who was looking for a friendly, reasonably priced jeweler. They also have another store in New Hope, PA.
