Outstanding care of the customers as well as the vehicles 1/22/2014

I have pulled into Gettel at times when there was a low tire pressure or other question and the service dept. jumped right on my needs. In and out of the service area in minutes. Bob Woods has been my advisor since I purchased my Sonota and I couldn't be more impressed with his care. When Bob isn't there, other service advisors are more than happy to help me out. Best dealership I have ever delt with. more

Pack a lunch 1/14/2014

If you go in for an oil change, you will be there for at least 2 1/2 hours and leave with dirty finger prints on the inside of your car. They did't have an ipod port in stock so I am forced to go back for warranty work. Other then that I will not go back! more

Extended stay for oil changes / tire rotations 1/10/2014

When independent oil stations advertise oil changes and tire rotations in 30 min or less I was surprised it took Gettel an hour and 1/2 for the same. Great place but if I'd known it would take so long, I would have scheduled my day around the long wait. more
