Great service 3/13/2014

My car is a 2007 Hyundai with 129,000 miles on it. Getter treats it like it was brand new. My car was taken in om time, service performed very quickly, and they found a nail puncture that was repaired at no charge. Here's the thing. I'm a Snowbird. I live in Maine and I bring my car to Gettels at least once while I'm here. I get the same quality service I get at home. Thank you. more

Frustrating experience 2/28/2014

This is first time I have been unhappy with the service . It is a complicated story which involves new personnel, my car parts misplaced and my being charged for their not being on the car , denied warranty coverage because of those .missing parts . I found the parts in trunk of car (left there by mechanic who walked off the job) so my repairs were ultimately covered under warranty. My car was there for a week. Ultimately Gettel made things right . All and all, a very frustrating experience.k more
