I recently had my vehicle repaired at Walkers body shop at west tn street.
The customer service was terrible because they gave me 4 different dates that it would be completed and the day I went to get It I had to leave and come back because who ever does the detailing evidently gets paid by quantity and not quality. Under neath the hood where heat felt goes had at least 10 or more boot prints from workers walking on the felt material before it was installed. Also they state trust and honesty on there web site bull----! One reason why changed the date for it to be done Is that they ordered the wrong part and had to reorder when eventually getting my vehicle they had to credit me the price of that part because they didn't try to even order it because they didn't have the original part to go by. So they lied to me well they lost my future business Maybe I just had an unlucky experience with them but from what I got of it not the first time this has happened and not the last. The sales man was not willing to work me or make things right even after I was polite In telling my concerns of being mislead and lied too. This just my review of the place best of luck to the rest of their customers.
