Spoke with Tim about (4) Milestar tires for Mitsubishi Outlander. He quoted $504.27...wife had tires installed next day and price was $630.... Everything was straightened out and ...

Problem solved. No appointment necessary. Prompt service. Problem: 2 separated tires. Replaced tires x 4. Problem solved. And a red rose on my dashboard when I got into the car to leave! Nice touch! Always friendly and professional service. I am a loyal Gerald's customer and am thankful they are in my area!!! more

Very positive experience 9/6/2011

The guys are Geralds always take good care of me. I had two other shops tell me that I need new brakes and the guys at Geralds said I was fine for another 5,000 miles. Love Geralds #4 in Mt. P!!!! more

Exceptional customer service 8/31/2011

Robert in Mt. Pleasant did an admirable gesture for me. I picked up two nails in two tires. One was repairable, the other one not repairable. Since I purchased the tires from him a year ago, and with nearly 18,000 miles on them, he split the replacement cost of the tire. This was a big favor for me and assurance I will be back for future business. more

Service Received concerning tire problem 8/22/2011

Tire was replaced and adjusted under road hazzard guarrantee. The tire was determined to be unrepairable. The tires had been purchased from Gerald's. The service rendered was fair and very efficient! more

My appointment 8/16/2011

I bought 4 new tires from Geralds and when I was checking out the service tech suggested that I make an appointment to have a front end alignment done some time to be sure everything was OK. I finally got around to it a year later. I made the appointment and came in on a Saturday and after the tire rotation and alignment was done I was told that the alignment was perfect and no adjustment was necessary. I was charged 21.50 for a check and sent on my way. Thank you, I will always go to Geralds. more

Family Friendly Service 8/14/2011

Gerald's is a family owned business that makes every customer feel like family. Recently, I had to return a tire due to a manufacture's defect that developed in the sidewall. It had been on for about 5 months however the tire was low wear and sidewall defect was only found by dealership that provides routine maintainence (less tires- I always use Gerald's on them). Gerald's replaced immediately without labor charge and very low (minor) payment. They were honest, courteous and I will be doing business with them for the next 20 years. They have always acted in a similar manner on all my transactionsw for the last 15 years. They ARE family! more
