Spoke with Tim about (4) Milestar tires for Mitsubishi Outlander. He quoted $504.27...wife had tires installed next day and price was $630.... Everything was straightened out and ...

Honest and Fast! 8/2/2011

I dropped my car off at 12:00pm for new brake pads and rotors and my car was ready to go by 3:00pm. Great Job Guys! more

Shocks on Explorer Repaired 7/26/2011

Overall, great service! Spoke with Tim & Ryan and they were exceptionally helpful. Real honest and tells you like it is. I was able to leave my car until a friend picked it up and it was not a problem. Always go to Geralds! more

I had a great experience at Gerald's. Ryan took excellent care of me and my vehicle. He answered all my questions and didn't treat me like someone who didn't know what he was talking about, which I didn't. I am very impressed with the service and will be bringing my vehicles back to be serviced there! more

Thanks For the GREAT Service and the rose 7/25/2011

I needed new tires on my Camry and heard about Gerald's and decided to give them a try. My daughter who is 14 went with me and she was very excited to see the rose on her seat when they finished with our car. The service was GREAT. I will being using Gerald's from now on. And I am sure that my daughter will be coming back for another rose when she starts driving. more

Unsure what you want here - 7/25/2011

Gerald's was great as it always is which is why we usually go there for service on our cars. The people are courteous and polite and explain everything - which is nice for someone who knows nothing about cars - and the wheel balancing was perfect. Thank you. Elizabeth more

Great Experience 7/25/2011

Called about 4 new tires for a Tahoe, was quoted a price. Arrived for install and the price remained the same at checkout. The staff was great, the time taken to install was great. Would reccomend to anyone more

Trailer tire perfect 7/20/2011

I'm kind of a "Car Guy" who always researches and knows what tire I'm getting when I come in. However, I have never bought a trailer tire and was sort of cluless as to what to get. The guys were slammed busy on a Friday afternoon when I came in, but I got a quick to the point explanation of my options, etc...Anyway, as always I couldn't be happier. more

FANTASTIC! 7/19/2011

I've been going to Gerald's for 8 years now. The first 2 of them I wasn't a customer, but stopped by to have my tires rotated & pressure checked & to inquire about a nick I had taken out of the side of one of them. They were so friendly and quick and never charged me for this service! When it came time to purchase new times, I knew where I was going. Gerald's has very competitive pricing and truly goes the extra step to help their customers quickly. There are lots of locations - love them! more

Brake Light Check 7/16/2011

I had the brake light come on when I would make turns. Then it started coming on more often when driving around town. I decided I needed to get it checked incase it could cause an accident. The mechanic was helpful and explained the issue about the wheel cyclinders in the rear needing to be replaced and that if I let it go it would cost me brake replacement also. I was also told how much it would cost me and there were no added charges at the front counter. I was a walk in and out of there in 1.5 hours. more
