Just wanted you to know that Gentle Express did a wonderful job with our recent move. They ensured that all my furniture was wrapped tightly with pads and tape and I felt very confident with them and the professionalism with which they handled themselves and my belongings. Luis took great care in tagging all my belongings with the ""yellow numbered stickers""!! He was most professional in handling all the paperwork that was involved with my move. Great service - From the beginning process of filling in the estimate form (which was completely adjustable as the assessment of items continued to fluctuate), to the actual move date - I would describe the entire process with one word: FLAWLESS. Yuval, the sales person was responsive, helpful and made sure we were ready on all aspects. The foreman and crew arrived EARLY, assessed the items in the apartment correctly and not only did they pack us, but they had us packed and fully loaded into the truck in under three hours. We all broke for lunch, and they had us moved INTO our new apartment before 2:30 PM. I didn't loose a SINGLE thing to breakage or damage. NOT one thing. And I've never seen ANYONE (let alone a crew of 4 men) work THIS quickly, in coordination and good concert in my life! Man, what a team! Please, take this review for what it's worth - I have ALWAYS moved myself - with friends and others to help. It has always taken 10 times longer to get the job done, and has always left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Now that I have a small child and had very minimal time to get completely packed and moved, I would have paid TWICE as much for the service I got. The movers showed with all of the correct materials and the appropriately sized vehicle and I will NEVER go back to doing ""moving"" myself EVER AGAIN. I would, and plan to use Gentle Express for my next move, and I recommend you do as well more

Outrageously Fantastic Experience. The Movers showed up on time and were very, very helpful. They did their job and did not waste time at all. Before we left the old apartment they were sure to ask me if there was anything they may have missed and suggested that I do a quick ""wlk through"" to be sure. The unloaded at the new apartment quickly and we done sooner than planned. I have already told several people about Gentle Express both at work and in my area. I will definately use Gentle Express again. more

I have used several movers over the years both moving within Boston and also cross country. The guys at Gentle Express are in a league of their own I could not be more pleased with my choice. From the customer service follow up calls to the moving crew, Gentle Express were AMAZING! The moving crew were all were very helpful, thoughtful and thorough in making my move fast and efficient. Moved from Mass to Michigan. Can't say enough good things about Gentle Express. If you're doing research and who to hire for a move (like I was), you've found your moving company. These guys are pros. They give you a firm estimate. They get parking permits for your street. They come a couple days early and pack everything for you - even take apart beds and pack them, including mattresses into boxes. And move everything to the truck - to your new place - to the room you want in your new place. Every step of the way, you just keep saying, ""wow, these guys know what they're doing."" And they were always on time and even called ahead to let me know exactly when they'd arrive. more

My experience with Gentle Express was great. I am a very nervous person especially when trusting someone with my belongings. However once I spoke with the customer service manager at the office he gave me some reinsurance that I was going the right route. From the moment we spoke he was very poilte and answered all of my questions regarding rates, price, moving service on the spot. I have to mention this because a few other Boston moving companies when asked a question would say ""someone will get back to me"". This is what made me really use Gentle Express. I didnt want to have to worry about anything. I had a crew of 4 movers who worked extremely hard and had to help me pack because I didnt know how to pack certain things. They explained everything to me and explained the additional fee because of them having to pack. They wrapped and packed everything for me and made moving easy for myself. On the delivery side, different crew of men but none the less they were just as great as the crew who helped me in Boston. I plan on moving back to Mass and I know which moving company I WILL be using. Thank you again guys. more
