Poor service-eternal waiting for the dentist.\r Poor billing department-even though I had insurance verified I had to pay for the service I rec'd as my ex husband had an outstanding account. We've been divorced 20 years but that didn't make any difference to these people.\r I rec'd a 'plan' that cost more than my insurance would cover and they were unwilling to help me decide what was the most important to do.\r I had 3 different dentists as apparently they don't stick around, and 3 different plans. Chaos.\r I won't go back! I suggest you don't go either. more

Lousy service. Unprofessional staff. I went in for my first appointment. After filling up the paperwork they said the wait would be 10 - 15 mins. I waited, got a copy of my benefits, asked about the cost of fillings. I waited and waited. After waiting an hour I got irritated and asked what was happening. I had seen other patients go in and asked what was going on. The lady at the front desk said the other patients were for other doctors and that they were fitting me in between patients. I told them I wasn't informed about this and I wasn't happy. I also told them that they have called me wondering why I hadn't turned up for my appointment yesterday when it was today. 10 minutes later , 1 hour 10 minutes after my appointment time, I walked out. I don't plan to go back. I have asked them to mail my xrays and the paperwork I had filled out. Let me see how much time that takes. \r \r My read is they are overbooked and the front desk task doesn't know what to say or do. I do believe there are some very inexperienced people at the front desk. Don't waste your time going here.\r \r \r more
