The General Moving Carriers crew: Miguel, Luis, Robert and James just left our facility after completing a move of office furniture from Anco to Alouette. I wanted to write and share with you all what a brilliant job they did. All four gentlemen were courteous (I haven't been called ma'am so often in a long time!), professional, patient with all of our requests and energetic (we have no elevator and they RAN up and down the stairs repeatedly) and enthusiastic, which was quite refreshing to witness.
Not one item was damaged, they unpacked each item carefully, placed it exactly where we requested, disposed of all debris and rubbish and they were very accommodating. Miguel explained each document that required signing, was very knowledgeable about his trade and again, was very professional. Even my manager was impressed!
I cannot say enough nice things about Miguel, Luis, Robert and James and would highly recommend this company and this crew to potential customers. I look forward to utilizing their services or referring them to my friends and family in the future.
