I have used Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air a number of times, and I think they're great. Whenever I have a plumbing issue, they are very helpful, and they have reasonable pricing. When I last used them, there was a leak in the pressure pump of my toilet. With their help, we ordered the replacement parts from the manufacturer, and once they arrived, the guys at Gene Burch installed them. They are professional, friendly, and they never recommend things that we don't need. They did a good job. more

The technicians from GBP were fantastic. They were neat, punctual and professional. I had a semi emergency with a failed 5 ton roof mounted unit. GBP arranged a crane to remove the old unit and install a new one. They were careful to protect my roof and install the new unit neatly with better access than the old unit. Thank you to Gary Burch and his crew. Oh... And the price was right !! more

I always call Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air when I need service at my house. When you call them they come right over and I'm always satisfied with their work. They're really neat, professional, and respectful. I would suggest calling them when you need a plumber or somebody to fix your AC or heat. more

On their most recent visit, the technicians from Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air went under the house and cleared a drain that was causing standing water. They also fixed a pipe that was leaking under the house. I've worked with them for a while now and the last couple of visits especially have been great. The only time I had any issue with them was a couple of years ago. Their team is prompt, reliable, and really good at communicating what the issues are and what it will take to fix them. more

Years ago we bought my wife's family home from her dad and he had Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air put in the furnace. At the time they had us sign up for a yearly check-in on our furnace to make sure things were running smoothly. That was all years ago and we were never able to get them to come down so we eventually cancelled their service. Later on, though, we had some trouble with the water heater and we had their number lying around so we gave them a call again. The technician who came out said he couldn't help us with the water heater but could look at the furnace, which was also having issues. Then he was downstairs arguing with his girlfriend on speakerphone for about 20 minutes. I'm home from work to make sure the work went OK and overheard the whole thing, which I thought was unprofessional. He was nice enough guy, though. Then he comes and tries to sell us the service again, which I said I would pass on this time. Then he set up a subsequent appointment to fix the issue that he diagnosed, which was that we had trouble with the duct work. Then the guys come on the subsequent time and they didn't know what they were doing because they had the wrong address for job they were going to and didn't have any information about what we needed. Now instead of being there for a couple of hours, my wife had to be there half the day. It was just a mess. Eventually they did the job and it was fine. They even sent another technician who fixed water heater, but the whole thing was totally disorganized. It would have been nice to have a phone call to follow up, but the only call I got was to talk about the service plan, which I told them I was not interested in after the experience I'd had. more

Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air came in recently and checked my furnace, which had gone out. They found that one part was malfunctioning. They replaced it and now I have perfect heat again. They come pretty often to check my furnace. I've been dealing with them for many, many years. The prices are about average. They perform their service very well and do excellent work. more

Most recently, I hired the company to install two new toilets and I am very happy with how efficiently the work went. I am also satisfied with the overall results. Gene Burch Plumbing Heating & Air did good work for me. They installed a new wall furnace for me and even replaced the flue because the original flue had been put in incorrectly and had been emitting carbon monoxide. They put in a new one and so now we're safe. They were here on time and they were very efficient in the work they did. They answered all my questions and were communicative. There is one minor problem which I'll talk to them about. Other than that everything is working fine. I didn't compare the pricing, but I got a senior discount which made me happy. I imagine their prices are probably competitive. They did great work and I'm very satisfied. more

Recently, they installed a toilet for us, and they did a great job! The guy we used to use started working for them, so we use Gene Burch for everything now.
