The owner is a very knowledge guy who knows his business.. I have a problematic Macbook Pro and after Apple Care ran out, this guy was my savior! I tried calling Apple but paying for another extended warranty was five times the cost of the problem. I took a risk and called them to ask for help. I'm glad I did! more

They say you can't have it cheap, fast and good but in the case of these guys, I beg to differ. They have gotten me and friends I have referred to them out of fixes numerous times and been quick, helpful and inexpensive each time. They're also really cool people and don't talk down to you at all when explaining things. more

Erik at Geek3 was awsome 10/27/2010

Erik at Geek3 was awsome. I had a frayed connector cable for my laptop adapter that was giving me problems. I contacted Erik and asked him what my options were. He told me that he had a spare at his office and that he could give it to me for free. I was speechless from their generosity. They really helped me out and didn't even want to take my money even after I offered it to them for the cable because it was such a small thing. That's really good customer service. more

They've been a great help 10/26/2010

My computer has been behaving badly, it was tad slow for the past few weeks and usually, it will hang up on me. One of my friend recommended me to let Geek3 and I'm so happy with their service. Not only they've made my pc run smoothly again, they also advised me to replace my cmos battery because my pc time keeps changing every time I boot up my pc. They've been a great help. I'll definitely entrust my pc to them the next time it goes bad again. more

I called them up asking about advice as to which MOUSE PAD to purchase. While other stores just laughed at me and called me names, they were incredibly nice and helped me make an informed decision as to the type of mat that I slide my mouse across. I am very particular about these and I'm very happy with our interaction. Even though it was close to closing time, they did not rush my seemingly frivolous decision. I tell you there really is a difference! I give this store all 5 stars. Thank you for your patience. more

efficient, professional, highly effective. 10/14/2010

Erik and the folks at Geek3 are efficient, professional, highly effective, convenient, and not expensive. They picked up my crashed hard drive at my office downtown, and in less than 24 hours had it returned to my office with ALL of the files in tact. The drive itself was actually okay, so they just extricated it from the enclosure and put it in a new enclosure. Thank you. more

These guys are great! It seems to me that there is no computer problem that they cannot tackle with their combined expertise. Coupled with know-how, they are also very fair with their rates. I could go on and on detailing my satisfaction with the service Geek3 provided. My laptop mysteriously crashed... 10/11/2010

My laptop mysteriously crashed and stopped working. I called these guys and the next day someone came to my house to fix my laptop. The technician was super nice and helpful. He ask me some information that able him to fix my laptop faster! He deleted some hidden viruses, memory recovery and that?s it.Very fast, I would definitely recommend these guys to others! more

I am looking for a computer repair service that listen to my needs, repair my laptop as fast as possible and don't charge me an arm and a leg. And I found them, they listened to me, gave my ThinkPad a long overdue tune up, had it finish within the day for a reasonable price I HAVE FOUND MY IDEAL COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP! more

My laptop is Fix! 10/10/2010

These guys are great. I let them check my HP laptop because it wasn't booting up. They came up with an estimate quickly and did their best to find the cheapest parts. Although my computer will be fixed by HP because the problem was previously reported, they misdiagnosed it while still under warranty, I will be calling Geek3 for all my future computer repair needs. more

Very Afforable Service! 10/10/2010

My computer suffer sooo many viruses and was looking all over for a good computer place. I decided to bring my computer to their store but they tell me that they can fix it in my home which is a lot better for me. They are great, nice , friendly, and go out of there way to make you happy. I would def recommend this place to anybody who is looking to get a computer fixed and the best part is that it is VERY affordable! more

My partner and I were faced with computer problems that we needed to have fixed ASAP I am totally computer illiterate so I called Geek3 and was able to set up a same day appt! These Guys Are Great! 10/7/2010

So it?s all been said already but yea there is great. I don?t know anything about computers other than looking up e mail and surf, so when I had a problem I went to best buy they wanted 400 bucks and they were just gonna erase everything and put it back to factory settings. I let one of these guys and they said 100 bucks and you won?t lose anything. Within few hours my computer is fixed and ready to use again. So if you?re a regular person then this is the right people you need. Thanks more

Gaineville Computer Repair 10/4/2010

I e-mailed Geek3 about getting a quote on possible data recovery from a portable hard drive damaged during air travel and received a response within minutes. They asked me some specific question about my portable hard drive. Within a half hour I was given an accurate assessment that my portable drive merely needed a new enclosure. They came into my house and I handed my drive over and had it back in about five minutes, and was charged only for the enclosure. Very fast service and very affordable. more
