I had previously driven Audi's and Acura's and had never really even thought about a Kia before. After a test drive and going over the car with the knowledgeable salesperson I was impressed with what you get for your money. I would certainly add Kia to the list of cars once the current lease on my new Kia is over. more

Excellent!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. John was great. In his presence, I never felt pressured and he did what he could to make sure that I got everything I needed and wanted. He even went so far as to make sure that everything from my old car was transferred to my new one including attaching my ez pass to the windshield. He was worth the visit and I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for a car. John gives car salespeople a GREAT name! more

Pleasant experience! 5/18/2012

Our salesman was Bill Ferguson from the Warrington dealership was very pleasant the entire visit. He called the next day to see if there were any questions about the car or if we ever have a problem to just call him. We did go in looking for a specific car and he didn't try to sell us anything else. He listened. That is very important to us and many people I know. WE always send people to Kia. This is our 3rd Kia in the last 7 years and my son has purchased 2 in the last 4 years. I have only had this car for 3 days but so far so good (as I expected). Thank you! more

Pleasant experience! 4/24/2012

I had an extremely pleasant and fun experience at Gateway Kia in Warrington. As a first time car buyer, I was unsure as to what I was walking into. There was no pressure put on me to get a car I did not want, or could not afford. I would definitely go back for my next car in the future. more

Fabulous service department! 9/16/2009

I have been taking my 05 Sportage to Gateway since I purchased it from them new. They have been so incredibly helpful in numerous instances. I was even breaking down while in Washington DC earlier this year (unfortunate, but...) and called Gateway who went so above and beyond to help me find the nearest and best dealership to take it to that I was amazed. Unfortunately Tim who helped me out in that instance is no longer there, but the other guys are really great too. I was hesitant about getting a Kia, but the wonderful experience that I have had with Gateway has me always glad that I did and still loving my car just as much over 4 years after buying it. Pros: Professional, trustworthy, nice waiting area more
