Collection LLC\r 23805 S Hwy 66\r Claremore, OK 74017\r Phone 918-342- 5451\r \r \r Ref: 1997 Monaco Dynasty Motor home\r \r Mr. Rick DeShane, I purchased a 1997 Monaco 38 ? ft slide coach from you on 07/02/11for the purchase price of $38,900.00. The delivery date was supposed to be 7/09/11, the actual delivery date was 7/23/11, and the delay was on your end of agreement as you had problems getting the pre-delivery completed. When you notified us that it was ready to be picked up, we arrived at your business and found out that was not yet ready so we waited for Eric to complete. \r After taking delivery we preceded North on Highway 66 and we were approximately 3 miles north of your business when the right convex mirror fell off. We called back to the business and were informed you did not have one so we continued our journey home.\r I mean it was a journey in the sense that it was above 100 degrees and one of the system that we were assured was working was the generator to run the roof air conditioning, but like the mirror it was never checked out because it would run about 20 minutes and then shut off. (This has yet to be checked out and repaired). The reason this has been so long to complete is the fact that we had so many repairs to do to be able to use the motor home. \r On our first and last use of the motor home, we left Ozawkie, Ks to travel to Melvern Lake at a mileage of 74.4 miles. Thus since accepting delivery we had put on approximately 350 miles. We left the campsite heading for Beto Junction, Ks to fuel up, but we ran out of fuel on the ramp to south US Highway 75. Once we got enough fuel to start the vehicle we drove to Beto Junction and filled it up and it only took 72.5 gallons to top it off (capacity is 130 gallons). \r We went to check fuel mileage and found out that the odometer was recording 3 to 5 miles for every mile that I was driving. It is my belief that you were aware of these problems when you sold me the vehicle and never disclosed them during the selling process. \r The major items were and are\r 1. Speedometer [exhibit 1]\r 2. Fuel Tank [exhibit 1]\r 3. Convex mirror right side [exhibit 2]\r 4. Generator (still not working correctly have not taken to anyone to repair.\r 5. Ice maker (still not working needs replaced; advertised was working) [exhibit 3]\r 6. Ignition switch and several items inside coach that should have been rectified during the 3 week PDI [exhibit 3]\r Total cost to me as of 10/24/11 has been $4398.02 \r \r \r James A Cain\r \r more
