Hurricane Program 9/15/2017

Thank you Chip. It is reassuring that my home is so well looked after. Especially after the storm since I am not there to mop up any water leaks or broken glass or mangled patio screen enclosure, etc. And thank you for keeping me informed so often. It is a helpless feeling that I am not there myself. more

Hurricane Service 9/15/2017

We were very pleased with your service and appreciate the attention your team gave to our home. It saved us a lot of worry as Tia was pro active in having all our outside furniture moved into the garage a few weeks prior to the storm. In the past we've always left the heavy furniture outside but she suggested with the forecast of it being an active hurricane season we take this extra precaution. We are glad we did and again appreciate everyones efforts in protecting our home. more

Hurricane Services 9/5/2017

GHMS hurricane service is the best in the business. They already prepared my home for Hurricane Irma which is now a category 5 hurricane. I know I can't count on them to continue sending us updates by checking their website. more

Arrival of Home 8/28/2017

I just returned to my home for season and everything was perfect. My house was stocked with the grocery list I had sent Tia, the interior cleaning made my home look immaculate and the exterior window cleaning made my windows sparkle. Hurricane Preparation 8/21/2017

Chip, Tia and their team are on top of everything this hurricane season. There was a possible threat of a storm hitting the South Florida area and they made sure to communicate and to let me know that my house was getting closed up and secured. I appreciate all their hard work, communication, and attentiveness. I know that my home will be secure thanks to them this hurricane season more

upkeep of home 8/14/2017

I have been a Gardens Home Management customer for quite some time now. I use them for weekly homewatches, which when completed send me a report of all that was seen at my home. I am now getting emails from both Peggy & Tia with more information in regards to exceptions that have been notated by Greg, for little things that need to be done around my home whether it is to change a few light bulbs or that my driveway needs to be pressure washed. I appreciate the time and effort that they put in to make sure that my home is in the best shape possible. more

Plumbing Issue 8/7/2017

Over the weekend I had a plumbing issue. I called the GHMS emergency line and got a return call almost immediately. They were able to help me with my problem and call the appropriate people. GHMS was a tremendous help in this process as I did not have a working toilet in my master bathroom! I would highly recommend them for all issues. more

Homewatch & Hurricane Services 7/31/2017

Being a homewatch customer for the past 4 years helps me with peace of mind while I enjoy my summers in northern Michigan. From receiving electronic reports notifying me my home is secure to getting constant updates about any hurricane threats in the area, I can rest assured knowing Chip and his team are there to watch and protect my home. Gardens home management is the best! more

Closedown Inspection 7/24/2017

When I left for season, I got an email from Tia letting me know that they had performed a close down inspection on my home for me to review. She recommended what she thought needed to be done without trying to sell me on things that I don't need. I appreciate her being upfront and honest with me. They took the initiative to go above and beyond and always make sure my home is taken care of. more

Landscape Maintenance 7/17/2017

I started using Gardens Home Management Services a month ago. All of their services have been excellent but so far the landscape maintenance has been exquisite. The flowers they have picked have transformed my yard. Their work is above and beyond. more

Pool Service 7/10/2017

Gardens Home Management Services has been doing work for my home for quite some time now. I just recently switched to having them take care of my pool and it is a world of difference. The pool is spotless and looks phenomenal. Their staff is professional and here every week. more

Pressure Washing 7/7/2017

I just recently bought a home in the Delray Beach area along A1A. The home needed quite a bit of work done but after meeting with Chip, the first thing he had recommended was the pressure washing. He was upfront and honest about what I needed to do right away and what I could wait on which I appreciated immensely. After they came to my home to do the pressure washing it looked brand new. The gentleman who did the work was professional and did an excellent job. more
