HomeWatch Services 8/2/2018

I've been with GHMS for the past 6 years and I am without question satisfied every summer knowing that they are performing weekly home watches. Every week I receive an email with an electronic report that is time stamped so I know exactly when they were in my home. The best of the best! more

air conditioning issue 7/30/2018

GHMS had notified me during a home-watch report that there was a problem with my air conditioning. Before I had even had a chance to read the report and call, Henry's team had already spoken to the A/C Company and arranged for the issue to be fixed. I never have to worry about anything know that GHMS is always looking out for my home. more

hurricane shutters 7/23/2018

When Tulsee went out to lubricate my shutters for hurricane season, he found that there was an issue with the tracks. Tia had called me immediately following his visit and put me in touch with the people that I needed to. It was very re-assuring knowing how on top of this they were and that they were watching out for my home before a hurricane could be any threat more

Departure from Florida 6/11/2018

We have left for season and I feel comfortable knowing that my house is secured. Tia has already sent me a departure inspection letting me know that they have done a complete walk through of our home and that everything is in good shape. I never have a problem leaving my home knowing that Gardens Home Management Services takes care of it like it is their own. more

Hurricane Communication 6/4/2018

GHMS is the best company around when it comes to keeping us informed about the latest activity in the Atlantic Ocean. Their hurricane newsletter always has informative information. I always feel protected when I am apart of their hurricane service program. Highly recommend. more

Leak In Home 5/7/2018

Last week a neighbor had been by my house to pick something up for me and noticed that there was a leak. They called me and in turn I called Sydnee. She sent Henry over to the house right away and they were on top of the issue. Being so far and not knowing what was going on was not a good feeling however both Sydnee and Henry kept me completely up to date all along. They had the a/c company at the house within the hour and we're able to resolve it. I can't thank them enough for taking away my worries and making sure that my house was secure. more

Summer HomeWatch Services The Best 4/30/2018

We love working with Gardens Home Management Services. I always leave for the summer to head to our northern home knowing that GHMS is there take look over our home. We have been with them for over 8 years and i truly have peace of mind when I am in the Hampton's enjoying our summer. Highly recommend their homewatch services. more

Garage Floor Painting 4/23/2018

My garage floor has had tire marks in it for years now. I had asked GHMS to clean & re-paint this when I went up north for season. They did an excellent job. They sent me pictures when the job was finished so I could see their work. I am very happy with the job they have completed. more

Air Conditioning Issue 4/16/2018

Before I even received my homewatch report, Sydnee had emailed me letting me know that there was an issue with my air conditioning. Her & Jimmy were on top of the issue and made me being away a non-issue. I can't thank them enough for taking care of this problem more
