Ted helped us with two separate service calls for our garage door. In both cases, he was able to fix the issue quickly. He professionally diagnosed the problem was very polite and patient in explaining what the problem was and how to properly maintain the system in order to avoid future problems. If future issues arise and if permitted I would ask for him again. more

Ryan was a great guy that came and uninstalled the old garage doors and brackets etc, and then installed the two new doors and all that went with them with exception to the motors. He was very thorough and very neat. Completely cleaned up after himself and made sure to explain not only what he did, but made sure I was clear and tried everything to be certain I was satisified. Garage Door Openers Install 5/18/2019

Ted C installed 2 garage door openers. The process was seamless. Bought openers and installation at Home Depot. Garage Headquarters contacted me for appointment. Ted installed the openers. He was professional and knowledgeable. He showed me all the new features and answered all my questions. A good experience. more

Ocean State Job Lot Fall River 5/31/2018

Friendly & consistent 5/2/2018

Shawn and Bob spent a little over a week at our service center installing 5 fancy new bay doors. When we asked for specific accommodations to allow for continued efficiency in our shop, they were quick to take action. They were also very responsive to changes we asked for during the process, and even made suggestions based on opportunities they saw that might help us out. Overall, they were friendly, consistent in their work every day, and fun to have around. more

Scheduled a maintenance appointment to take care of minor door issue. M. Raymond performed a Tune-up service on all my garage door equipment. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and very helpful. Upon my request, he reviewed exactly what work he performed and took the time to review with me all aspects of my garage door operation and what maintenance I should be performing to insure a problem free operation. New Garage Doors from Overhead Door 12/8/2017

From the salesperson to management to installation what a great company to do business with. Manny was the technician they sent to install the doors.. Very professional. He worked alone and my new garage door was up within a few hours.. He was polite, quiet, and certainly knew how to install a door by himself. Ask for Manny to install your door! more

Garage Door Problem Solved 10/5/2017

Mike was on time , polite, diligent and efficient. He solved the problem on my garage door in a very timely manner and made sure the door was working properly prior to leaving as well. He put all the items he had moved back into place and made sure I understand all the terms of the billing as well. Great job Great Company ! Thanks more
