Excellent service - by that I mean the combination of integrity, experience, and responsibility. I'm a civil engineer by training and detailed oriented. Edmonds Garage Doors was time-prompt with the estimate and work on replacing my broken coiled springs of my rolled-up garage door. Replaced a couple of roller brackets for free, tuned opener up, and explained the dos and don’ts of DIY maintenance (most of them makes sense). more

Made a change to the door 6/18/2013

Great work. The guys came out and were able to quote me a great estimate, and were also able to complete the job within the same day. He was very attentive, and got straight to work and didn't disturb me at all while i was working in the house. I was very grateful for the repair, and will use you guys again in the future. more

I had to call Edmonds Garage Doors back for an issue I was having and he came immediately--that very day--and corrected the issue so that it now works perfectly. It is so refreshing to be able to get somebody on the phone right away and have them take care of the situation immediately--without any further charges. I won't ever use anybody else. more

My garage door was stuck halfway and tech didn't have to come out to fix it. We just talked over the phone and he guided me on how to fix the machine. He is very knowledgeable about how the machine works and I would highly recommend him. more

2 Guys came out as a team and really delivered outstanding service and a top-notch installation of the door. Mine is an old garage, so there were a few obstacles we came across. But the guys came through with creative options and were great with explaining every last detail until I felt comfortable with everything. No hard-sells! more

Very flexible 2/20/2013

I had a very limited time frame to have tech meet me at my house yesterday. Not only was he on time, but he also completed the job in 30 minutes. Excellent service, great guy . . . would recommend to everyone! Thanks a ton ! ! ! more

great prices 10/2/2012

Thanks Guys! I was stuck and had to get to work. I called and got somebody to come out immediately. Turns out it was a broken spring, but they got it fixed on the spot. I called around later and found out I got a great price. Now my friends know who to call more

When recently programming our home link on our car we accidentally erased the memory to our remotes and they would no longer open one of the doors. I called Edmonds Garage Doors and he was here in less than 30 minutes. It was an easy fix-he could have walked me through it over the phone but he took the time to come over in person to make sure everything was working as it should be. He is one of those rare people who genuinely cares about others which is very refreshing in this day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. more

They Were Very Courteous I had contacted this garage door company/contractor to install some weather strip and they came out and did a wonderful job. I decided to go ahead and have them install some bottom garage door rubber as well and they did an excellent job on that as well. I will call them again for sure for all of my garage door repair. They were very courteous and professional as well. more
