I brought in my Wii to have it diagnosed. I entered the store and found no employee there. I waited by the repair window in the back for a solid 5 mins when a employee finally came INTO the store from the front entrance. I am guessing that the store is left unattended a lot because she acted like it was normal for someone to wait for a employee BE IN THE STORE THEY WORK AT. Not that big of a deal, I shrugged it off. I tell her that my Wii stopped working and I need a diagnosis. She tells me it is $30 for a diagnosis and that someone will call to let me know the findings. I get a call 4 days later saying that it "" was ready to pick up, and there were no problems."" My wife goes in to pick it up, and they want an additional $50 for a laser replacement. Nobody called me to ask before the work was done. I didn't say I wanted it fixed, I said I wanted a diagnosis. The OWNER OF THE STORE proceeds to tell my wife that they don't call before work is performed unless it exceeds a certain amount. What is that amount? A brand new Wii is only $150 dollars! Instead of apologizing for any confusion, he insists that they have done nothing wrong! He stares at my wife (so she tells me as I was not there) trying to get her to back down. Then he says that he will remove the laser and just charge us for the diagnosis, hoping that the threat will get us to back down! We didn't want them to go ahead and fix it! We wanted a diagnosis! My wife tells him to take out the laser and we'll take it somewhere else to be fixed. As he is handing my wife the Wii, he says to her ""I can put it back in..."", like she is going to say ""O.K., I'll just pay the additional $50 dollars after you treated me like an idiot."" From beginning to end, this place was the standard of AWFUL service. Saveyourself a hassel and mistreatment by taking your stuff ANYWHERE ELSE!!
