They evaluated the situation and explained to us what was going on at each step and suggested services that they thought were appropriate but did not pressure us at all. They snaked the pipes and also stuck a minipipe camera to see what was going on (roots) and it had a live feed hehe. Even though the situation wasn't the most fun, it was fun to be able to see all the cool gadgets and to have them explain what they were doing, what everything was for. At one point, gonzalo busted out a giant pipe-finder-crossbow-looking thing. Anyway, we are very pleased. The price was very reasonable, even when you take into account their promptness and efficiency, and I feel very confident in their work. We were even able to still have our guests over. On Saturday morning, , I woke up to no hot water and a very wet basement. Within approximately one hour your employee NATHAN and an apprentice arrived at my house, ready to work. I have to say that this is the absolute best customer service I have ever received. The men were on time, very courteous and professional, and were in and out without any disturbance whatsoever. Not only that, NATHAN checked every faucet was checked prior to leaving to ensure all lines were clear. The new hot water tank was installed, strapped, and the old one removed before I knew it! The price beat Benla's and was more inclusive in that it included the expansion tank, earthquake strapping, and line clearing. NATHAN went above and beyond to quickly fix a stripped faucet handle in my downstairs bathroom,and explained what was wrong with it. He also took time to explain about the quality of the equipment he was installing, and the difference in value GR PLUMBING Plumbing offers in that the installers are also plumbers. It has been so long since I've received that kind of customer service that I had been meaning to call to let your company know how rare and great the service was, but Kristen beat me to itâ??calling this morning to follow up. She was also kind and professional on the telephone. It is great (and inspiring) to know that there are still companies that care about service and value. Whatever you do, hang onto NATHAN. I want to commend GR Plumbing and Rooter for helping us select an energy efficient Tankless water heater replacing our ancient 75 gallon monster space taker. I appreciated your professionalism in guiding us to a tankless water heater that qualifies for the Federal tax credits, which I am looking forward to claiming on my income tax return. the saturday emergency plumbing phone call is never a fun scenario. a minimum amount of internet research led me to these guys, who came within the hour and were friendly, knowledgeable, honest and quick. answered all my questions and didn't talk down to me, which many repairmen do cause i am a GIRL. also assessed another plumbing situation at my house for no additional charge and recommended an inexpensive solution i could perform myself more

I own a rental duplex in the valley, which both of my tenants called me at home about. I live in Hollywood, and told GR Plumbing to meet me at my duplex in an hour. The problem I had was a Mainline Sewer Stoppage, which they estimated would take around 2 hours, and would cost an X Amount of Dollars. I arrived close to an hour later, as scheduledâ??when I arrived, I saw them standing around; I got out of my car and asked them if they were ready for me to take them to the Cleanout, located at the side of the house. The gentleman smiled and handed me my invoice and told me that he already finished the job. I reviewed the invoice and noticed that he was honest enough to charge me much less than the X Amount of Dollars I had agreed to over the phone before I left. I called up GR Plumbing for a Mainline Stoppage. They diagnosed the problem I was having, ran their camera in the line, snaked the line out for me, and then they finally realized that I needed my lines jetted out due to significant amounts of roots. They arrived in a hurry, as I had a house full of people over at night for my daughter's birthday. Realizing that they only had 2 hours to go until 10PM, they quickly rushed out and brought their jetter over in less than 30 minutes, and finished the job by 9:30PM. First off as a home owner one never really knows who they hire to come into their home so after a brief introduction by their tech who came out on a sturday, I was quickly put at ease as I was informed that G.R plumbing is family owned and operated company. I had a very pleasant experience with GR Plumbing. I called them about 3 or 4 weeks ago because we had a main drain stoppage and the house was flooded. GR was great. They came out within 30 minutes of the time I called and took care of it. They were on time, efficient, and the price was good. We were having some problems with the sewer ejector pump system, so I called up a local plumber and he checked it asked us to replace it with a new one. I decided to take a second opinion and called sewer ejector pump system, they were very professional and knew their stuff. They actually repaired it in no time, so I ended up saving quite a few bucks. more

Nice work g.r.!: my mother is an independent 86 year old. she lives alone and this morning had an issue with her sewer ejector pump system. now in this time and age it is ahrd to find reliable honest workers to take care of the ederly. i called g.r. plumbing and asked for their supervisor to come out and inspect my mothers problem they sent a gentleman by the name of art, he was so nice and respectful to my mother. he recomnded that he be allowed to rebuild the pump instead of replacing it and by darn, he fixed it with minimal cost. he cleaned up the sewage he didnt have to and even after g.r plumbing services were paid, he sat and had a cup of tea with my mother. way to go g.r. you are my plumber. more
