We live in an older apartment building and our carpets had big bumps and waves in the hallways and entry way areas, and the rooms had smaller bumps. We called GM and our carpet now looks like it had a face lift. \r

German came out and assessed the work and gave us an estimate. The estimate was less than a previous estimate and he was very professional. He was also clear about the work that needed to be done, and the amount of time that it would take. So we set up a time to have GM clean and stretch the carpets. Voila - everything he said needed to be done, was completed on time, on budget and with quality care. GM did the stretching, and Patrick with The Club did the cleaning. The carpet looks new and improved - 'and 10 years younger' :-).
